Headspace  is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds. Their website offers valuable information for both youth and parents.  Set up for mums to find out how to incorporate self care whilst looking after everyone else.  You may even find me in there as one of the mavens, guiding you through some mindfulness techniques. It was great fun. If you are seeking a monthly get together for women, this is a great place to start.  Bianca brings together each month a guest speaker and offers a warm, relaxed environment to take those few hours for self. This is a great tool for anyone with children. Julie has books, CD’s, posters to instil confidence and resilience in children.
