Hello, I’m Eryka Rhodes (BA.Couns) (MACA, Lvl 4), Mindfulness facilitator
With more than 20 years of listening to people’s stories, I work with you to create the next chapter. I’m a qualified and registered Counsellor, based in the Mornington Peninsula, who skilfully supports adolescents, adults and relationships. I’ll help you navigate the path to find your purpose, reframe concerns and look forward to an improved relationship with yourself and others.
I’m passionate about empowering you to develop a set of tools to help you become your own coach.

Adolescents (13yrs +)
As a qualified Adolescent Counsellor, Eryka is skilled at engaging with teenagers in a language they understand.
Her professional experience in secondary schools, as well as in her private practice, gives her invaluable insights to the challenges teenagers face today.
Eryka’s mission is to help teenagers manage these challenges positively and effectively.
Eryka has a wealth of experience working with Clients to empower them with the tools and resources to create a better life.
Whether that’s building self-confidence, recognising unhealthy habits or patterns, improving relationships or achieving goals that might have felt out of reach.
Her client-centred focus ensures that you’ll be fully supported for life-lasting changes.
Eryka helps couples to explore their relationship and examine any patterns that might have potentially negative impacts.
She’ll work with you to develop strategies to help you move past these behaviours by improving communication and developing your relationship confidence.
Eryka’s goal is to help you work together towards a happier, healthier relationship.

We met with Eryka for couples counselling to assist with improving our communication skills. Within our first session, Eryka provided us the space to discuss our relationship and the cycles we had found ourselves stuck in. Throughout the session we were able to diagnose the root cause of where we were both struggling, and she helped us really understand each others perspectives.
At the end of this session we felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders and a greater sense of clarity. To us everything made sense, and it really brought us so much closer together. We were given simple strategies to apply, which made a dramatic difference to how well we were able to communicate.
Whilst counselling was not something we previously thought we would be open to, we could not recommend Eryka highly enough. J&G.
