HOW I HELP
If this is your first step in considering counselling, congratulations. This may feel daunting initially, talking about difficult experiences can feel like an intimidating prospect. Please be proud of the choice you’ve made today deciding to make an appointment. You’ll be glad you did.
My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential therapeutic environment for my clients. A space where you can explore any issues, receive support, navigate feelings and develop a toolbox of coping strategies to help you move forward, and be happy with changes you have made.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the mental health field, the way I work with people has evolved. My own life experiences have helped me grow and learn personally and I am committed to ongoing professional development.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with a Client-Centred focus, while drawing on tools such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus, Mindfulness and, most recently, Hypnotherapy. So, if you’re considering counselling, take the next step and I’ll help you move forward.
